Today's guest is Bucky Keady, an extremely well-respected HR and talent management leader in the media and publishing industry.
Bucky spent 15 years as Associate Director of HR at Conde Nast - home to Vogue, Vanity Fair, Wired, Architectural Digest and more - she led recruiting, employee relations, career coaching, as well as guiding the strategic vision and decision making around bringing in top talent.
Bucky then spent 18 years as SVP of Talent and Learning & Development for Time Inc. - another home to big brands including Time, People, and InStyle. Most recently Bucky was SVP of Executive Search for MediaLink and for the past year Bucky has been leading her own Talent and Culture coaching/consultancy.
